HealthOrbit AI Selected as a Top 10 Startup at WHX Dubai 2026 Xcelerate

HealthOrbit AI Selected Top 10 Startup at WHX Dubai

HealthOrbit AI has been selected among the Top 10 startups globally to compete at the Xcelerate Startup Competition during World Health Expo (WHX) Dubai 2026, taking place from 9–12 February 2026 in Dubai.

On stage at WHX Dubai, HealthOrbit AI will present its insurance-ready clinical documentation, built to capture clinical conversations in real time and convert them into structured documentation, while seamlessly connecting that documentation to automated medical billing workflows. By aligning clinical notes with billing needs from the start, the platform helps reduce administrative workload, improve documentation consistency, and support cleaner downstream coding and insurance claims processes.

What makes the platform different is its focus on insurance-aware ambient scribe-not just producing notes, but producing documentation that supports medical necessity for insurance claims, reduces back-and-forth for clarifications, and strengthens revenue integrity. This approach helps organisations improve efficiency without shifting extra tasks back onto clinicians or front-desk teams.

HealthOrbit AI will compete in the AI & Digital Health category, pitching live on 9 February 2026, with the opportunity to advance to the final re-pitch round on 12 February 2026.

Xcelerate is WHX Dubai’s flagship startup competition, spotlighting early-stage innovators across key healthcare verticals and providing exposure to investors, payers, healthcare leaders, and policymakers. For HealthOrbit AI, the event represents a major step forward in bringing reimbursement-aware clinical automation to hospitals and clinics, aiming to scale efficiency without compromising care quality.

Frequently Asked Questions

1- When will I get my EIS3 certificate and when are the shares issued?

Shares are usually issued within two weeks of completing your investment. You’ll get your EIS3 certificate 2–4 months later, once HMRC processes it. This is what you’ll need to claim your tax relief.

You must hold your shares for at least three years from the date they were issued (or when the company started trading, whichever is later). Selling early could mean losing your tax relief.

You may exit if the company is acquired, lists on a stock exchange, or arranges a buyback or sale to other investors. Most exits happen after three years to keep the EIS tax benefits.

We’ll send regular updates—usually every quarter or six months—about company progress. You can also contact us anytime. We believe in open, transparent communication with our investors.

As with all early-stage investments, there’s a risk of losing money. But EIS helps reduce that risk:
✔️ 30% income tax relief
✔️ Loss relief if things don’t work out
✔️ Tax-free growth on exit
